a) Abhyangam:

Special Soothing oil massage to dissolve accumulated toxins from the body. It helps to relieve the fatigue and re energize your body and mind.

b) Ksheeradhara:

Medicated milk is poured continuously all over the body or forehead along with soft massage .this is highly moisturizing and helps to relieve one from tension and worries.

c) Njavara Treatment

Here a bundle of cooked njavara rice (a special type o rice) medicated with milk and herbs is applied all over the body. This helps to relax your body, rejuvenate your senses and thus helps to fight back the harms of stress.

d) Shirodhara Lukewarm medicated oil is poured over the forehead along with a gentle massage on head. This helps to energize the chakra point and has a relaxing effect on brain cells.

e) Yogas

Yoga helps to control and take care of mind by controlling and taking care of your body. This is designed in a simpler way which you can continue after the treatment period.

f) Pranayama

The regulation of breath through certain exercises and techniques, which helps to clear the physical and emotional obstacles. Prana is the life energy, which holds a significant influence on mind, and through this practice we are controlling the pranas and there by the mind is get controlled .

g) Yoga Nidra and Meditation

Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep and meditation helps in deep relaxation energizing of mind , body and soul.
